LAR presents 3rd Special Edition
The project LA Reference is pleased to present the 3rd Special Edition "Within two years of the Declaration of Buenos Aires", in which are summarized the technical and organizational developments generated by the regional initiative, since nine Latin American countries signed the Agreement Cooperation between senior officials of Science, Technology and Innovation for the establishment of a Federated Network of Scientific Institutional Repositories. The legislation in these countries, building national networks and experience of regional interoperability are part of the issues in this edition.
