(Source: RedCLARA) Dr. Cameron Neylon, known worldwide for its intense activity in defense of the Open Access movement, will be the keynote speaker of the day and will provide an international overview of the effect of open research practices in Global Science progress. Representatives of CLACSO, LA Referencia and CONICET, co-organizers together with the Ministry of Science, will share their perspectives on the current state of Open Access to scientific information and on the agreements reached in the world, in the region and in Argentina.
