| Sumario: | This work studied the research projects of Regional Educational Innovation Center (CIER) South between 2014 and 2016, the dissemination of the results of these projects and the difficulties along with possible solutions facing the research to be addressed from a Research Center. The study was addressed through Interactive Digital Communication through the use and appropriation of Interactive Digital Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the research and dissemination processes in order to propose guidelines for the transition from CIER Sur to Research Center in Educational Innovation mediated by ICT. The work is an applied social research of an exploratory descriptive type following the methodology of a single case study in micro-ethnographic situational mode with a mixed approach. Among the guidelines product of the study are that the eventual Research Center should be an independent organization, have a direct employment relationship with full time researchers without academic responsibilities, mediate between researchers and administrative units, especially in relation to patent applications, assist researchers in dissemination and social appropriation of research results, promoting open science, open access and verification of results, all leveraged on the current strength of CIER Sur in ICT capabilities |
