| Sumario: | The creation of a supranational community law and a supplementary regional law for our continent is a pending issue to be handled by the legal science. This article provides a conceptual theoretical framework for Community Law by examining the current status of the various regional and sub-regional integration processes in our hemisphere. Later, it proposes a series of interdisciplinary perspectives on political, legal and economic issues that must be reflected in the legal thought –academia and forum– of the Americas, in order to advance towards a new legal system. |
