| Sumario: | The research work was conducted in partnership: Industrialization of Medicinal Plants in Carmelo (IPLAMEC), located in the neighborhood “The Carmelo” in Chuquiribamba - Loja. This research is defined as an intervention work to enhance community quality in the endogenous development of the association and its environment. The methodology used is of community self-development that aims to strengthen the quality General Community in implementing a bank loan from “National Bank of Foment” (BNF) in IPLAMEC., The methods of theoretical and empirical were the guides that led to know the objectives especially the group format that allows for personal and social transformation through awareness of the contradictions that dormant hinders development. The literature is referring to organizations and associations of a social economic and agro industrial banks as a financing bond including formal and BNF as formal financial state of our country, through the organizations that work together and reach a participatory sustainable development focused on this problem IPLAMEC. Then we have the materials, methods and techniques used, the work is done until the third stage of the methodology of community self-concluding with the proposal of the intervention project that is synthesized in the implementation of a BNF bank loan to enhance the quality in the Community association. The results obtained are presented a proposal, and the conclusions and recommendations that can be related to other investigations of endogenous development with state funding, the bibliography is part of similar situations of international, national and local levels influenced by the national development plan called Good Living and finally the annexes are the experience and action about research.
