Partner country of LA Referencia, it has developed national initiatives on Repositories and Open Access, notably: the Brazilian Open Access Portal for Scientific Information – oasisbr, the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations – BDTD, the Directory of Open Access Policies of Brazilian Scientific Journals – Diadorim, and the Electronic Journal Publishing System – SEER/OJS, among others. It is a signatory to LA Referencia’s main agreements.

Portal Brasilero de Acceso Abierto a la Información Científica - oasisbr
The Brazilian Open Access Portal for Scientific Information – oasisbr – is a tool that allows free-access searching of the scientific output of authors affiliated with Brazilian universities and research institutes. Through oasisbr it is also possible to search Portuguese information sources. Oasisbr is one of the results of the efforts of Ibict, with the support of the Financier of Studies and Projects – FINEP, to place Brazilian science within the context of open access to scientific information.
